What actually happens.
A first appointment at Femme is a consultation, not a sales appointment. Here is what to expect before you commit to anything.

You meet a medical provider
You are seen by Idelsis Trelles, PA-C, our co-founder and Physician Assistant, or by Amy Avendano, co-founder and director. Not a receptionist and not a salesperson.

We assess before we recommend
We talk through what is bothering you, assess your face or your health history depending on the service, and tell you honestly whether we can help and what it would take.

You leave with a plan and a number
Treatment cost depends on how much product is used and which areas are treated, so a consultation is the only way to get an accurate figure. You will have one before you decide. See our full price list.

Nothing happens the same day unless you want it to
Many patients treat on the day of their consultation because it is convenient. Many go home and think about it. Both are completely normal here.

Finding us.
We are in the Sunset Medical Arts Building at 7800 SW 57th Ave, Suite 100, Miami, FL 33143, on the South Miami side of SW 57th Avenue. Parking is free in the building lot. Enter through the main lobby and take the elevator to Suite 100.
We see patients from across Miami-Dade — Pinecrest, Kendall, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Dadeland are all a short drive.

Does it cost anything to book?
No. Booking is free and your first consultation is complimentary, whatever service you are asking about. Nothing is charged to reserve your appointment. We do ask for 48 hours' notice if your plans change — see our cancellation policy.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 48 hours, or for a missed appointment, there is a $100 cancellation fee. We hold a limited number of appointments each week, so the notice genuinely helps us offer your slot to someone else.
How much will my treatment cost?
We publish our full price list, including member and non-member pricing, on our pricing page. Final cost depends on how much product your treatment needs and how many areas are treated, which is exactly what the consultation establishes.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
If you are new to us, yes — we need to assess you before treating you. If you are an existing patient returning for something we have already discussed, you can book the treatment directly. Medical weight loss and hormone therapy always begin with a consultation and lab work.
Can I book by phone instead?
Of course. Call (786) 250-4133 during office hours and we will find you a time. Online booking simply shows you live availability, which is usually faster.
