Almost no medical spa in Miami publishes what they charge. You call, you get "it depends," and you are booked for a consultation before anyone says a number. We find that irritating too, so here is our actual price list, what moves a price up or down, and what a suspiciously cheap quote usually means.
Why "how much is Botox" has no single answer
Botox is priced by how much product your face needs, not by the appointment. Two people can both want their forehead softened and need meaningfully different amounts, because the muscle doing the wrinkling is stronger in one than the other. A price list that quoted one number for "Botox" would be quoting for a patient who does not exist.
What we can tell you honestly is what we charge for each treatment area, which is the table below, and that the consultation where we work out which areas you actually need is free.
What we charge for Botox and neuromodulators
Member pricing is available through our membership program. Everything below is per treatment, not per unit.
| Treatment | Non-member | Member |
|---|---|---|
| Full Tox — forehead, crow’s feet and glabella | $750 | $650 |
| Baby Tox — lighter dosing, more movement retained | $550 | $450 |
| Masseters — jaw slimming and clenching | $900 | $750 |
| Trap Tox — trapezius, neck and shoulder tension | $1,350 | $1,200 |
| Nefertiti Neck Lift | $1,350 | $1,200 |
| Chin Tox — dimpling and pebbling | $250 | $200 |
| Bunny Lines — the crinkle across the nose | $250 | $200 |
| Gummy Smile | $250 | $200 |
| Lip Flip | $200 | $150 |
| DAO — the muscle that pulls the mouth corners down | $200 | $150 |
The small treatments at the bottom of that table are often added to a larger one rather than booked alone. A lip flip on its own is a fifteen-minute visit; combined with a Full Tox appointment it is a few extra units at the end.
What we charge for fillers and biostimulators
Fillers are priced per syringe. How many you need depends on how much volume you have lost and where, which is genuinely not knowable until someone looks at your face.
| Treatment | Non-member | Member |
|---|---|---|
| Dermal Fillers — per syringe | $850 | $750 |
| Lip Fillers — per syringe | $850 | $750 |
| Radiesse | $850 | $750 |
| Sculptra | $900 | $850 |
| Kybella — submental fat | $750 | $650 |
Sculptra and Radiesse are biostimulators rather than conventional fillers — they prompt your own collagen rather than adding volume directly, which means results build over months and a course is usually more than one session. That changes the total, so it is worth asking about at consultation rather than assuming a single-syringe price.
What actually moves the number
Three things, in roughly this order.
How much product you need. Stronger muscles need more units. Faces that have lost more volume need more filler. This is the largest variable and the one nobody can quote over the phone.
How many areas you are treating. Most people who come in for "forehead lines" end up discussing the glabella too, because the two work together and treating one without the other can look unbalanced.
Whether you are maintaining or starting. A first treatment is usually the largest. Maintenance visits, booked before the effect has fully worn off, often need less.
What a very cheap quote usually means
Miami has a lot of $8-a-unit advertising and a lot of injectors working out of places that are not medical practices. A price well below everyone else’s is generally explained by one of three things: heavily diluted product, so you are buying fewer real units than you think; an injector without medical credentials; or an introductory rate that applies to a number of units too small to achieve what you came for.
None of those are illegal and all of them are common. The reason it matters is that neuromodulators and fillers are medical products with medical complications — vascular occlusion from filler is rare but genuinely serious, and who is holding the syringe determines whether it is recognised and managed. That is worth more than the difference between $550 and $400.
The consultation is free, and it is where you get a real number
We do not charge for consultations. You will be seen by a medical provider, assessed, and given a specific plan with a specific price before anything is bought or injected. If the honest answer is that what you want is not achievable with injectables, we would rather tell you that than sell you something that will not work.
Our full, current price list across every service — including Morpheus8, laser, IPL and medical weight loss — is on our pricing page. Prices there are kept up to date and take precedence over anything in this article if the two ever drift.
Common questions
No. Consultations at Femme Aesthetics are free. You are seen by a medical provider, assessed, and given a specific plan and price before anything is purchased or injected.
At Femme Aesthetics a Full Tox treatment covering forehead, crow’s feet and glabella is $750, or $650 for members. Baby Tox is $550, or $450 for members. Smaller areas such as a lip flip or bunny lines start at $200. Final cost depends on how much product your muscles need.
Dermal fillers and lip fillers are $850 per syringe, or $750 for members. Radiesse is $850 and Sculptra is $900. How many syringes you need depends on how much volume has been lost and where, which is established at consultation.
A price far below the market is usually explained by diluted product, an injector without medical credentials, or an introductory rate covering too few units to achieve the result. Neuromodulators and fillers are medical products with medical complications, so who injects them matters.
Membership pricing saves between $50 and $150 on most treatments. Whether it is worthwhile depends on how often you treat; details are on our memberships page.
