Hormone and weight optimization require time for safe adjustments and meaningful results. This structured period ensures proper monitoring and stability before transitioning to month-to-month care.
Hormone replacement treatment is included after your initial paid treatment and as clinically indicated. The route of treatment (pellet or alternative) is determined by your provider.
Laboratory services are billed separately. The VIP Hormone Care Optimization program does include lab interpretation for labs ordered through our practice.
Medication costs are billed separately unless otherwise specified within your program. The Optimization program includes a 90-day supply of progesterone as clinically indicated through our partnered compounding pharmacy.
Membership continues month-to-month unless canceled in writing. Your founding member rate stays locked as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.
Essentials ($195/mo) is designed for stable patients on maintenance — it covers hormone treatment, lab review, and prescriptions but does not include dose adjustments or symptom-based troubleshooting. Optimization ($305/mo) is for patients who need active management with dose adjustments, symptom-based care, follow-ups, messaging, lab interpretation, and progesterone supply. Optimization is limited to 20–25 members to maintain high-quality oversight.
