Biography

About Idelsis.

Idelsis has practiced medicine since 2007. She spent fourteen years in women’s health at South Miami OB/GYN, with privileges at South Miami Hospital, began practicing aesthetic medicine in 2014, and went on to co-found Femme Aesthetics & Health.

Femme grew out of the two things her career was built on, women’s health and aesthetic medicine. She wanted a boutique practice where patients feel truly seen, cared for and comfortable, and where medical expertise and aesthetics sit in the same room.

She is also known as a Physician Associate, the name the profession is moving toward. Florida law still uses Physician Assistant, so that is the title she practices under. She sees patients in English and Spanish.

“My approach is very medical and anatomy driven. I don’t believe in chasing trends or making everyone look the same. I look at your unique anatomy, symptoms, medical history, and what you’re actually trying to achieve before deciding on a treatment plan. The goal is simply to look like yourself, only better.”

In her words — Idelsis Trelles, PA-C

What she’s known for.

  • Bioidentical hormone therapyWomen’s health has been at the heart of her career for 19 years. She looks for why a woman has the symptoms she has, rather than treating each one in isolation, and builds a plan from the hormonal physiology up.
  • Morpheus8After thousands of Morpheus8 treatments, she works from anatomy: the tissue layers, and how energy and depth drive remodeling. Precise, consistent and natural.
  • Full-face neurotoxinShe treats the face as one connected system, reading how each muscle affects the next and how movement shapes the face, rather than chasing a single line.
